I’m the founder of Refine Organizing, a professional organizing business based in Seattle, WA. I specialize in helping clients declutter and create intentional spaces using the transformative KonMari Method™️—but my approach goes beyond picture-perfect pantries and Instagram-worthy closets.

To me, organizing is about refining your space to suit your unique lifestyle and preferences—not striving for perfection. Your home should work for you, not the other way around! My goal is to help you create a functional, calming environment that supports the life you want to live.

Before founding Refine Organizing, I spent over a decade as a software engineer, solving puzzles, implementing systems, and brainstorming designs. Over time, I realized my true passion lay in helping others navigate the challenges of organizing and decluttering. My personal journey began when I felt overwhelmed by a cycle of perpetual tidying that never seemed to end. Like many, I struggled to let go of items I kept "just in case" and found myself using tidying and shopping as a way to procrastinate the tasks that truly intimidated me.

Then I discovered Marie Kondo's The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, and everything changed. Her method turned tidying from a chaotic, endless task into a thoughtful, intentional process with a clear endpoint. By completing my own "tidy festival," I reclaimed my time, energy, and peace of mind—and I realized I wanted to help others experience the same transformation.

Now, as a certified KonMari Consultant, I have the privilege of working with clients in their most personal spaces. I consider it an honor when clients share their homes and stories with me, and I hold that trust with care and respect. I strive to bring empathy, confidence, optimism, and even a little humor to the process, making the journey as supportive and enjoyable as possible.
